After a Property is reserved, contracts will be prepared by necessary parties and discussed with the client in detail before signing.
The affiliated Finance Broker will work with the client in regards to the lender to be used, interest rates applicable, and loan structure to ensure the clients’ needs are met. Finance approval will generally take approximately 3-4 weeks depending on the clients individual financial circumstances. When unconditional finance approval is reached, settlement dates can be confirmed by the respective parties.
The Property Scout believes that ongoing reviews are essential to a client’s long-term property strategy. We aim to review our client’s situation every 6-12 months and the interim where required.
The Property Scout assists clients with the correct Property Management specific to the location of their investment. The Property Consultant will introduce Property Management to the client. We ensure that tenants are screened prior to the acceptance and demand the most favourable weekly rental price on behalf of the client, subject to current market conditions. Rental guarantees are offered periodically specific to the particular development.
